Yes, the internet opened up a lot of different opportunities for us to talk directly to our customers - which is great - but can also be overwhelming.

I think our efforts can be dissipated when we are trying to do too much across many different &#039;channels&#039;.

Marketing works best when we focus on a few key strategies and do them consistently. Then check the results. If it&#039;s not working, tweak or try a new strategy. It&#039;s that easy and that hard!
